2006 Beach Sweep
This was the first year that EMD joined in the clean-up efforts by hosting a Beach
Sweep in Ponchatoula, LA.  We did not host a picnic, but we gave passes to the big
picnic hosted by the Lake Pontchartrain Basin Foundation, which was held in Lake
Pontchartrain Park. Volunteers cleaned the parking lots of Ponchatoula High and HWY
22 near the Tangipahoa River.
